The Artist Fair is pleased to announce its premiere fair in Miami Beach, December 4-7, 2008 at the Shelborne Hotel. The Artist Fair is an all booth fair dedicated to supporting artists, curators and installations, as well as galleries who wish to exhibit a solo artist.
The Artist Fair was created as a resource for artists and curators to exhibit during the prime Art Basel Miami Beach week. This is a time of year in Miami where national and international collectors come to South Beach to view and purchase artwork. Most of the existing fairs cater only to galleries, leaving no opportunity for talented, successful and working artists to participate. Therefore, we created The Artist Fair to fill this void and to allow professional artists and curators to exhibit their work and curatorial projects without gallery representation. We support a wide range of exciting and innovative artists to join us in bridging a gap between the artist and the fine art audience. The fair is also open to galleries who wish to exhibit a solo artist, curators and installation artists.
The Artist Fair is an all booth fair located at the Shelborne Hotel, ideally situated across from INK Art Fair, Art Now Fair, Bridge Art Fair and Art Basel Miami Beach.
