The mission of A+D Museum is to celebrate and promote an awareness of architecture and design in everyday life through exhibits, educational programs and public outreach.

The A+D is intended to be an all inclusive information and education center for design, including architecture, interior design, landscape design, fashion design and product design.

The Architecture and Design Museum works collaboratively with other local institutions of design as well as local design schools. A+D is planning a retail shop for books on design and accessories of high design merit.

The A+D is supported by a grant from The Getty Museum’s multi-cultural internship program.

The A+D Museum is a non-profit institution, supported by its members; corporate and foundation support; government grants and special revenues.
