Miami Art Fairs
December 2-7 2008
From December 4-7, collectors, gallerists, and international party hoppers descend on Miami for the biggest art event of the year. At the center is Art Basel Miami Beach surrounded by nearly twenty other art fairs concentrated in Miami Beach and in the Wynwood District. This year established fairs such as Pulse, Scope and Bridge are joined by upstarts like Fountain and the Artist Fair.
There is pretty much a fair for everything, mid career and emerging artist, sculpture and photography, regional US and Asian focused and even fair on Yacht. So ignore the talk of the art world apocalypse and escape to the sunny sky, explore the art and perhaps a hit a party or two (afterall it is Miami)! Most importantly see below for details on all the fairs and check the In Focus on Artlog's front page for our staff's daily updates!
