Recent Acquisitions includes works by some of the best-known artists in contemporary art, illuminating the exciting development in the depth and breadth of Miami Art Museum’s permanent collection over the last two years. Among the artists represented in Recent Acquisitions are: Gene Davis, Susan Rothenberg, Catherine Sullivan, Richard Tuttle and Rachel Whiteread. Among the other artists represented in Recent Acquisitions are Alexandre Arrechea, Will Barnett, Anna Maria Maiolino, Marc Swanson and Krzysztof Wodiczko, as well as Miami-based artists Michael Loveland and Cristina Lei Rodríguez.
