ArtForward designed this daytrip to provide respite from the everyday urban living and to enjoy contemporary art in an alternate setting. To make the experience more rewarding, the trip has been organized in collaboration with the opening of “Plugged In”. The curator, Melissa Stafford hopes the exhibition will start a new tradition of bravely exploring the frontiers of sound, performance, digital and video art in outdoor public spaces throughout Hudson, NY.

“Plugged In”, will feature 15 artists from the Hudson Valley and New York City. These artists are all contributing new works that include sound, performance, digital and video art.
